Common questions
What counts as a "member"?
A member is any Discord user currently in your server at the time of sync. Members who leave no longer count toward your limit.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
You get a 30-day grace period so nothing breaks immediately. We'll email you as the deadline approaches. After 30 days, the dashboard and bot are paused until you upgrade.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes — promo codes can be entered on the Stripe checkout page when upgrading.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, you can switch billing interval at any time from your billing settings. Stripe prorates the difference.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Max?
There's no separate trial — the Free plan lets you fully evaluate the platform. Promo codes are available for extended access.
How does comping work for community programs?
