Common questions
What counts as a "member"?
Anyone currently in your server, including bots. Members who leave stop counting toward your limit.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
You get a 30-day grace period so nothing breaks immediately, with email reminders before it ends. After 30 days the dashboard, workflows, slash-command flows, webhooks and API are paused until you upgrade. Member sync keeps running, so nothing is lost.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes — promo codes can be entered on the Stripe checkout page when upgrading.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, you can switch billing interval at any time from your billing settings. Stripe prorates the difference.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Max?
There's no separate trial. The Free plan covers member sync and the dashboard, and we can provide promo codes if you want to evaluate Pro or Max features.
How does comping work for community programs?
If you're part of a partner program, our team can apply a complimentary plan upgrade. Get in touch.
Is billing per server?
Yes. Each Discord server has its own plan, billed securely through Stripe. You can change plan or cancel any time from the billing portal.
What permissions does the bot need?
The bot is added with Administrator permission so it can manage roles, channels, messages and moderation actions for your workflows.
How is my community data handled?
Data is stored in Supabase with row-level security, and secrets are encrypted at rest. See our security page for the details.
